Membership FAQs

When does my membership begin?

Memberships begin when Chip Shots officially opens (Scheduled for May 23, 2026). Founding Members and presale Members will receive early access opportunities before the public opening.

What happens after the first year of a Founding Membership?

After the first year, your membership converts to the standard Annual Unlimited Membership at the then-current annual rate.

How does the Food & Beverage Credit work?
Members who receive a monthly food and beverage credit must use the credit within that calendar month. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and do not roll over. Credits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

How does indoor golf work?

Indoor golf simulators use advanced sensors and high-speed cameras to track the flight of a real golf ball. The system analyzes ball speed, launch angle, spin, and direction, then displays the shot on a large screen showing a virtual golf course. Players hit real balls into the screen and can play a variety of famous courses, practice modes, or skill-based games.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

No. We have golf clubs available for use at the facility. However, most players prefer to bring their own clubs for the most comfortable and familiar experience.

Can beginners play indoor golf?

Absolutely. Indoor golf is designed for all skill levels, including beginners. The simulators offer practice modes, game-based challenges, and adjustable settings so players can learn and improve at their own pace.

Is indoor golf realistic?
Yes. Our simulators use professional-grade technology that measures ball data such as speed, spin, and launch angle to accurately replicate real golf shots. Many professional golfers and instructors use simulator technology for practice and training.
